For over a thousand years, two great countries shared power in the world. One,the Barsburg Empire, was protected by the Eye of Raphael. Ten years later, an amnesiac young orphan named Teito and his best friend Mikage are attending Barsburg Imperial Military Academy, dreaming of becoming officers.
